Proposal and thesis guidance will begin after this announcement is issued. Title changes\/improvements are possible during the guidance stage, subject to the consideration and approval of the supervisor, while still adhering to applicable administrative guidelines and procedures at UIN Mataram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thesis Writing Guidance Provisions<\/strong>
Based on UIN Mataram Thesis Writing Guidelines for the 2025\u20132026 Academic Year<\/em> pp. 87-88, the following are the provisions for thesis writing guidance that all students must pay attention to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Guidance Objectives<\/strong>
    Guidance is carried out to provide input to students in:\n
      \n
    • preparation of research proposals,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • implementation of research activities,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • preparation of reports\/thesis, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • preparation for the implementation of the thesis munaqasyah.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Quality Assurance and Academic Ethics<\/strong>
      Guidance aims to improve the quality of student research results and pay special attention to preventing replication and plagiarism of scientific works.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Minimum Frequency of Guidance<\/strong>
      Guidance is carried out at least 6 (six) times<\/strong>, starting from the determination of the title\/proposal until the writing of the thesis is declared complete.
      Fulfillment of these provisions proven by a consultation card<\/strong> which has been signed by the supervisor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Recording of Each Guidance Session<\/strong>
      At each guidance meeting, the supervising lecturer must fill out the consultation form<\/strong> provided by the department\/study program by listing the material consulted (see example in Appendix 19 of the guidelines).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Number of Supervisors<\/strong>
      Each student is guided by two supervising lecturers<\/strong> determined by the department\/study program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Qualifications of Supervisor Lecturer<\/strong>
      The supervising lecturer is a permanent lecturer (civil servant or non-civil servant) who:\n
        \n
      • have a minimum academic qualification of S2 (Masters) or S3 (Doctorate), and<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • have a functional position as low as Assistant Expert (III\/b).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Replacement of Supervisor<\/strong>
        The supervising lecturer can be replaced by the department\/study program if:\n
          \n
        • the guidance process lasts more than 1 (one) semester\/6 (six) months from the date of issuance of the guidance assignment letter;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • the supervisor is permanently unable to attend, for example due to death, long-term illness, continuing studies, or being transferred;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • at the request of the supervisor concerned;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • at the request of the student if the lecturer has never carried out his\/her guidance obligations, by attaching accountable evidence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
